We love this time of year for planning a late season trip chasing powder turns before the spring arrives. That’s why we like to review the snowfall totals at the mid-point in the season to see where the best snow is right now.
With the ski season in Canada well under way, you might well be wondering which resort to ski this year. If you’re still looking for a snow-sure ski trip for your February holiday, then take a look at which of our resorts have the best snowfall totals this winter.
With 29cm of new snow falling in the last 7 days, Whistler has just surpassed 7 metres of snow for the season. That’s nearly 24 feet of powder snow to enjoy this season, so far!

Revelstoke, located in interior British Columbia has also just exceeded 7 metres of snow this season. Located in the region known as the Powder Highway, Revelstoke consistently has one of the best snowfall records in Canada. It also has the most vertical in Canada and one of the longest runs in North America.

The third snowiest resort in our Canadian collection is Sun Peaks with 643cm of snow falling so far this season. Snow Peaks is the second largest ski resort in Canada and consistently enjoys plenty of the light powder snow that interior British Columbia is so famous for.
