The new bowl offers an additional 45 acres of north-facing wide open off-piste style bowl skiing within the new ski area boundary. Tres Hombres bowl offers skiers access to the steepest terrain in Marmot Basin, as well as its longest uninterrupted fall-line.  This bowl is for experts only; offering powder filled chutes, steep pitches and 367 metres of vertical descent.

The new bowl has five new designated runs; three black diamond and two double black.  Tres Hombres is accessible from the Paradise Quad Chair and all the runs in the new bowl end at the same trail which lead you back to the base of the chair.

Marmot Basin ski area is about a 20 minutes drive on the complimentary resort shuttle from the mountain town of Jasper and is set within the spectacular Jasper National Park.  The ski area offers amazing scenery, great skiing for the whole family, great value for money and uncrowded slopes.

It’s also an ideal destination for a twin centre holiday at Banff or Lake Louise, especially if you’re thinking about combining your ski holiday with sightseeing in Jasper and Banff National Parks; both of which are UNESCO world heritage sites.
