Each one of our ski holidays is as individual as you are. We’ll take the time to talk to you to find out about your specific requirements before we prepare your bespoke holiday quotation.
Every one of our ski holidays is tailor-made and we work hard to find you the best special offers. We’ll ensure that the prices we quote reflect the latest promotions or special offers and we’ll provide you with your personalised quotation within 24 hours of receiving your request (working days only).
Our tailor-made quotes aim to provide you with the most up-to-date prices on the day of your enquiry to ensure you receive the best possible value for money. However, should you find a more competitive quote within 24 hours for the identical holiday from a UK based travel provider then we will match the price.
Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions and you must provide your Snow Unlimited travel consultant with a copy of the quote you are asking us to Price Match against by email.
Terms and Conditions
The Price Match Guarantees applies to identical holidays (ie. Party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, in flight services, baggage allowances, transfers, hotel, room type, board basis) that have immediate availability and is accurately priced.
The Price Match Guarantee can only be requested within 24 hours of receiving your finalised quote from Snow Unlimited.
The person responsible (ie Lead Name) on the Snow Unlimited quote must make the claim.
The quote you are asking us to Price Match against must be from a legitimate UK based travel provider with a current ATOL license.
The quote that you are asking us to Price Match against must be available to the general public, available to book immediately and cannot include any corporate discounts, promotional vouchers or group discounts.
The quote that you are asking us to Price Match against must be in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all booking fees and handling charges.
The quote that you are asking us to Price Match against must be inclusive of flights, transfers and accommodation and cannot be for flights only or hotel only.
You must provide your Snow Unlimited travel planner with a copy of the quote you are asking us to Price Match against as confirmation that it is a legitimate quote from a legitimate travel provider. Send your copy by email and remember to include your Snow Unlimited reference number.
Why you must request your Price Match within 24 hours . . . . .
Snow Unlimited provides you with live prices based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of your quote. Exchange rates can go up or down daily, but when you confirm your booking you are guaranteed the exchange rate used when preparing your quote. In addition, airlines can change their prices at short notice. When you confirm your quote we can hold your seats at the prices used in your quotation. As the rates can vary on a daily basis we can only guarantee prices for 24 hours as the price may go up or down the following day.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person at any time for any and no reason and without prior notice or liability to you.
